New piece shown at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Soon to make it's way to Laumeier Sculpture Park for the Kranzberg Exhibition.

"2627" is the first piece in my "MobileHomes" series. This one in particular is based on a place I lived in in middle and High school.

The Mobile Homes Series illustrates people as inevitable representations of the places they are from and have called home. Figures will bare the weight of a conglomerate of inanimate, animate, and abstract forms equating to a worn mascot mask used to narrate personal stories of the past, present and future. For this particular series, components of residential structures are the key features on the masks.
